F\u00fcr institutionelle Marktteilnehmer ist der Schritt vor allem deshalb relevant, weil BlackRock damit den Einsatz \u00f6ffentlicher Blockchains f\u00fcr regulierte Treasury- und Liquidit\u00e4tsprodukte weiter vertieft.<\/p>\n<h2>BlackRock legt neue Geldmarktfonds auf Ethereum auf<\/h2>\n<p>BlackRock bringt zwei neue tokenisierte Geldmarktfonds auf Ethereum an den Start und erweitert damit die Produktlinie, die mit BUIDL im M\u00e4rz 2024 begann. Nun legt BlackRock zwei neue tokenisierte Geldmarktfonds auf dem Ethereum-Mainnet auf. Der Fonds investiert in kurzlaufende US-Staatsanleihen, Overnight-Repos und Cash-\u00c4quivalente \u2014 klassische Geldmarktbausteine, die durch die Tokenstruktur f\u00fcr zugelassene Investoren on-chain abgebildet werden.<\/p>\n<h2>SEC-Filing zeigt Ethereum-Transfers mit Whitelist<\/h2>\n<p>Das bei der US-B\u00f6rsenaufsicht SEC eingereichte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/97098\/000119312526214958\/d45978d485apos.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Filing<\/a> best\u00e4tigt, dass Eigentum und Transfers der neuen OnChain Shares auf dem \u00f6ffentlichen Ethereum-Netzwerk authentifiziert und aufgezeichnet werden. Die technische Struktur kombiniert \u00f6ffentliche Infrastruktur mit kontrolliertem Zugang. Eigentum und Transfers werden auf Ethereum authentifiziert und aufgezeichnet. Der Fonds ist ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr genehmigte und auf Whitelists gef\u00fchrte qualifizierte oder akkreditierte Investoren zug\u00e4nglich und nicht f\u00fcr die breite \u00d6ffentlichkeit verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n<p>Die neuen Fonds st\u00e4rken zugleich Ethereums Position als wichtigste \u00f6ffentliche Blockchain f\u00fcr institutionelle tokenisierte Treasury-Produkte, auch wenn BUIDL inzwischen auf mehrere Netzwerke ausgeweitet wurde.
