Im Mittelpunkt steht nicht eine neue Produktank\u00fcndigung von Ripple, sondern die Frage, wie einer der bekanntesten technischen K\u00f6pfe im XRP-\u00d6kosystem sein eigenes Krypto-Exposure einsch\u00e4tzt: zur\u00fcckhaltender, risiko\u00e4rmer und st\u00e4rker \u00fcber Ripple-Aktien als \u00fcber direkte Token-Positionen.<\/p>\n<h2>David Schwartz f\u00e4hrt sein Krypto-Risiko zur\u00fcck<\/h2>\n<p>Ausgangspunkt der Diskussion war ein X-Beitrag der Nutzerin Diana, die an eine fr\u00fchere Entscheidung von Schwartz erinnerte: den Verkauf von ETH zu 1,05 US-Dollar. Schwartz antwortete darauf mit Blick auf die sp\u00e4tere Kursentwicklung: \u201eWenn ich gedacht h\u00e4tte, dass es eine einprozentige Chance gibt, dass ETH auf 2.368 US-Dollar steigt, h\u00e4tte ich es nicht f\u00fcr 1,05 US-Dollar verkauft. Ich bin mir bis heute nicht sicher, ob die Wahrscheinlichkeit daf\u00fcr damals wirklich \u00fcber einem Prozent lag.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Die Bemerkung f\u00fchrte unmittelbar zur Frage, ob Schwartz seine XRP-Best\u00e4nde weiterhin halte. Auf die Nachfrage von X-Nutzer Tom Toman schrieb Schwartz: \u201eIch habe nicht mehr so viel \u00fcbrig. Ich habe versucht, den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil meines Verm\u00f6gens, abgesehen von Ripple-Aktien, aus Krypto-Exposure herauszunehmen. Wie ich schon gesagt habe: Ich mag Risiko wirklich nicht, auch wenn praktisch jedes Risiko, das ich eingegangen bin, f\u00fcr mich erstaunlich gut funktioniert hat.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Schwartz stellte seine Haltung anschlie\u00dfend ausdr\u00fccklich gegen das in Krypto-Kreisen verbreitete \u201eDiamond Hands\u201c-Narrativ. \u201eIch bin nicht der Diamond-Hands-Typ. Das bin nicht ich. Ich bin der kluge, vern\u00fcnftige Investment-Typ, der die gro\u00dfen Chancen vielleicht verpasst. Und damit bin ich einverstanden.\u201c In einem weiteren Beitrag erg\u00e4nzte er: \u201eDeshalb bin ich kein Milliard\u00e4r, obwohl ich leicht einer h\u00e4tte sein k\u00f6nnen, wenn ich mehr Risiko eingegangen w\u00e4re. Ich bin genau so erfolgreich, wie ich es versucht habe zu sein. Vielleicht steckt darin eine Lektion. Vielleicht auch nicht.\u201c<\/p>\n<h2>Ripple-Aktien sollen genug Exposure liefern<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr Schwartz scheint der entscheidende Punkt zu sein, dass seine Ripple-Aktien bereits eine erhebliche indirekte Krypto-Wette darstellen. Er schrieb: \u201eIch erkenne vollst\u00e4ndig an, dass Krypto eine einmalige Chance in einer Generation sein k\u00f6nnte, reich zu werden, die wir noch nicht verpasst haben, und dass das bedeuten kann, dass ich einen gro\u00dfen Teil davon verpasse. Damit bin ich einverstanden und hoffe, dass mir meine Ripple-Aktien genug Exposure geben. So schlafe ich nachts besser.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Auf die Frage von Diana, ob er XRP anders betrachten w\u00fcrde, wenn er weniger Ripple-Aktien-Exposure h\u00e4tte, antwortete Schwartz klar: \u201eJa. Ich denke, ich w\u00fcrde mehr XRP halten und wahrscheinlich auch mehr von anderen Kryptow\u00e4hrungen, wenn ich \u00fcber meine Ripple-Aktien weniger Exposure zum Krypto-Sektor h\u00e4tte. Ich habe irgendwie das Gef\u00fchl, dass allein das schon genug Risiko ist und fast alles andere ziemlich konservativ sein sollte.\u201c Damit trennt Schwartz zwischen direkter Token-Allokation und Unternehmensbeteiligung, sieht aber beide offenbar als Teil desselben \u00fcbergeordneten Risikoprofils.<\/p>\n<p>Auch fr\u00fchere XRP-Best\u00e4nde ordnete Schwartz in diesem Kontext ein. Auf die Frage, wie 26 Millionen XRP f\u00fcr ihn ein Risiko sein konnten, schrieb er: \u201eDas waren 26 Millionen XRP, die ich gegen Bitcoin eingetauscht habe. Aber als XRP 10 Cent erreichte, hatte ich Millionen von Dollar im Risiko. Das gefiel mir damals \u00fcberhaupt nicht.\u201c Auf eine weitere Frage, warum er nicht wie andere fr\u00fche Ripple-nahe Personen Milliarden XRP erhalten habe, antwortete er nur knapp: \u201eDas ist eine wirklich lange Geschichte und eine, auf die ich wirklich lieber nicht noch einmal eingehen m\u00f6chte. Aber ich bin am Ende mit ziemlich vielen Ripple-Aktien ausgestattet worden, also werde ich zurechtkommen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Schwartz\u2019 Aussagen geben einen seltenen Einblick in die pers\u00f6nliche Risikologik eines prominenten Ripple-Insiders: weniger direkte Krypto-Positionen, keine Selbstinszenierung als maximalistischer Langfristhalter und ein Fokus auf Ripple-Aktien als verbleibendes Exposure. Zugleich machte er deutlich, dass der Zugang zu Ripple-Aktien rechtlich begrenzt bleibt. \u201eEs gibt f\u00fcr Ripple unter dem Gesetz wirklich keinen praktischen Weg, das zu tun. Ripple-Aktien sind ohne Zweifel ein Wertpapier. Wenn man direktes Exposure zu Ripples Erfolg oder Misserfolg will, kann man Ripple-Aktien am Sekund\u00e4rmarkt kaufen, wenn man nach US-Recht daf\u00fcr qualifiziert ist.
